And like most dieters, you tried everything - low calorie, starvation, the liquid fasts, ephedra, Atkins, South Beach...you name it, you've probably tried it. Every body knows that those extra pounds spell illness. 10% of your daily caloric intake is used to process foods in your body. It is more about staying fit and remaining healthy to ensure a long, disease free life. Don't confuse WEIGHT loss with FAT loss! You just have to choose the right foods, make exercise a part of your lifestyle and to have a positive attitude. And keep in mind that ALL you eating should be a pleasure.

Figure out how fast you can do it, then create a plan to increase your vitality. Incorporating exercise and good nutrition into your daily routine. - Don’t make too many changes at once. Start with small changes. Check your weight before you start your diet and keep checking for changes but do not expect a radical change immediately, it might be one or two weeks before you notice some change.

However it is crucial that you continue to monitor your weight. - Start your day with a glass of water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and and fitter. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all. - Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. - Learn about the nutrients contained in the foods you eat. Provide the body with all the essential nutrients for a long and healthful life. - Eat small portions, about 5 or 6 times each day… Don’t skip breakfast and Don’t eat anything for at least an hour before going to bed. This helps keep your metabolic rate high, and helps you lose weight naturally. - Avoid wasting calories on alcoholic beverages.

The average alcoholic drink contains 150-200 calories per glass. - Lose or gain weight because you want to and not to please others. - Don’t expect immediate results… Your results will come in direct proportion to the amount of effort you put in. - Avoid refined carbohydrates, such as white bread and white sugar. Each time you consume something sweet understand that it is going to add on somewhere. - Go easy on salt, as too much salt is one of the causes of obesity. Make it a point to really cut down on salt. - Choose fruits, vegetables or whole-grain products. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can. - Challenge yourself to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Try to eat your vegetables raw. When you cook them, you are in fact taking away nearly half the vitamins in them. - Exercise is the best way to keep obesity, hypertension and all those lifestyle-related disorders under control.

Exercise and positive attitude are the only things you need to lose fat permanently… In order to stay fit you need exercise and in order to exercise you need to be fit. - Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. And try to get somebody to exercise along with you. One of the advantages of getting a committed person t exercise with you is that it keeps you going. - You must to learn: WHAT to eat, WHEN to eat it, HOW to manipulate your calories so that you're constantly losing weight. - Celebrate each small success and keep in mind every small step in the right direction is bringing you closer mand closer to your main target.

The rule to be followed is slow and steady wins the race. Below I have included a table of the various exercises and the number of calories that can be burnt with each exercise. Choose what you can do best and try to do whatever you wish to do for at least twenty minutes.
· Aerobics ==> 200-250 calories
· Bicycling, Stationary ==> 250-300 calories

BMI Calculator | How Can I be ‘Officially’ Fat if I’m Healthy, Fit and Lean?

How Can I be ‘Officially’ Fat if I’m Healthy, Fit and Lean?

Q. According to the BMI chart, I’m officially overweight with a score of 27. But I’m only 200 pounds at 6 feet tall. I run five times a week, do calisthenics three times a week and feel great. I would need to drop 15 more pounds just to be considered normal weight. Is there something off about this system?
A. Scientists need ways to measure what they study in order to make objective comparisons. The Body Mass Index is a tool to estimate how fat a person is. A person with a BMI of 25 or above is considered overweight; a BMI of 30 and above is considered obese.

T
he average person tends to jump on a scale and use their weight as a gauge of their fatness. BMI tends to be more precise than just considering body weight alone because a person’s height makes a difference. Being 185 pounds, for example doesn’t say much unless you know more about the person’s shape. A person who is 5-foot-3 and 185 pounds, for example, is overweight and probably has health risks associated with their extra body fat. But a person who is 6-foot-3 and 185 may be underweight and therefore be less prone to obesity-related health problems.

The best way to gauge a person’s level of fatness is to measure it directly, such as when using lab equipment such as underwater scales, dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and other methods. But these methods require pricey equipment and experienced lab technicians. Plus, some studies are so large, involving thousands of subjects, that it’s not practical to obtain this information.

So researchers who have studied obesity or the health risks associated with being fat often use the BMI as an indicator of excess body fat because it’s convenient and gives a better picture than just taking body weight alone. Because the only data that is needed to determine a person’s BMI is their height and weight, and this can be measured directly—or even relayed verbally by a study participant in a telephone interview—it’s a measure that’s often used, especially in large-scale, epidemiological studies. Links can easily be made between the BMI and eating habits or health risks of, say, 50,000 people who are surveyed.

The BMI works well for research purposes, but doesn’t necessarily translate precisely to the individual. Unfortunately, it tends to convey that people that exercise regularly, for example, are overweight, when they are not actually overfat. A fit person tends to have more muscle, so their body weight is a reflection of body fat as well as muscle and other lean tissue.

Since the problem with being overfat is that health risks are increased, a BMI in the overweight range is probably not a negative indicator for a fit person. Regular exercise, low body fat and increased muscle mass are all factors that tend to outweigh any health risks suggested by a higher BMI.

In other words, if you know you are fit, not fat, you don’t need to worry about your BMI. But the Centers for Disease Control (website) points out that those with a BMI in the obese range (higher than 30) do tend to be overfat, even if they are fit. So, this may increase disease risk—although research does show that being fit and fat is still healthier than being thin and unfit. ***

How To Experience Amazing Weight Loss Results Right Now and Achieve Any Goal?

Awaken Your Weight Loss Potential - How To Experience Amazing Weight Loss Results Right Now and Achieve Any Goal!
We have heard many "experts" try to explain away the lack of weight loss results with phrases like...
1. "You're not trying hard enough..."
2. "You must become more disciplined..."

But aside from these explanations, are there any deeper reasons why you just can't seem to reach your weight loss goal? Allow me to present a slight variation to the idea that someone would sabotage their weight loss in order to avoid dealing with underlying emotional issues, as many do. The variation goes like this...Perhaps it is not the emotional problem that keeps people "hanging on" as much as the habits that have produced their overweight situation have BECOME A PART OF WHO THEY ARE. Could there really be some truth to the old saying "we become the habits we keep"?

Is it not true that each and every one of us adopts self defeating habits throughout the years that become so ingrained into our identities that, although we know they are cheating us out of a better life, we can't fully bring ourselves to give them up? Or somewhere deep inside ourselves we don't fully WANT to give them up...? A prime example of this is having that huge bowl of chocolate ice cream before you go to bed. You know that you shouldn't do it, but it tastes so good, it makes you feel great and you HAVE DONE IT FOR SO LONG that it becomes a tough habit to break. It becomes such an emotionally stimulating experience that somewhere deep inside, perhaps without even realizing it, you don't want to let go...It becomes a part of who you are!

I realize that many people have not made it to this point in the article simply because they think these ideas are crazy, but if you have made it this far you are probably wondering..."How do I break the self defeating habits?" Science has shown that the more you choose against any self defeating habit the weaker it gets. Your nervous system actually begins to crave it less!

Begin today to choose against your bad eating habits and lifestyle choices and adopt a much more empowering alternative...Envision yourself fitting into those jeans or that bikini you always wanted to wear. At first, it may seem like a challenge. However, do it enough and you will begin to create a new, empowering habit. These empowering habits can produce amazing weight loss results. After all, if your bad habits have produced your current situation...Why can't your empowering habits produce something far greater? The new you! ***

10 Tips for a Healthy Weekend

10 Tips for a Healthy Weekend
Many a diet has been ruined on a weekend. Our weekends are usually less structured than a week day. We have more free time (to sit in front of the TV with a bag of chips) and more temptations (in the form of Aunt Betty's famous chocolate chip cookies). But with a little planning, it's easy to stick to your diet throughout the weekend. Check out the tips below.

10 Tips for a Healthy Weekend

1. Get outside and get moving.
The weekend is the perfect time to go outside and do something fun. Make a date with your friends and family to go to the beach, hike through the woods, or play a game of kickball.

2. Try a new recipe.
Take some time to dust off those old cookbooks and pick out a recipe that you've always wanted to try but never had the time to make. You might find a new favorite healthy dish!

3. Keep your water bottle with you.
Studies show that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This includes the weekend! if you always have your water bottle handy, then you'll be less likely to purchase a sugary soda when you are out and about.

4. Watch your alcohol.
The calories in alcoholic beverages can add up pretty quickly...especially if you're the type of person who likes fruity mixed drinks. If you must drink alcohol, try to stick with either a red wine or a clear liquor mixed with non-caloric beverages (club soda, water, diet cola).

5. Read a healthy article or book.
By reading articles or books about healthy living on the weekend, healthy thoughts will be at the forefront of your mind and you'll be less likely to make bad choices.

6. Park far away.
If you're going out shopping, park as far away from the store as you can. This will help you to get a bit more exercise in.

7. Plan for a treat.
Going to a birthday party and want some cake? Having pizza and movie night with your sweetie? If you make lower calorie food choices during the rest of the day, then these types of treats won't completely sabotage your diet.

8. Keep your mind and hands busy.
Many of us reach for food when we are bored or watching TV. If you take up a hobby which uses your hands, you'll be less likely to fill your hands with snacks.

9. Double your exercise time.
Since we tend to have more free time on weekend, super-charge your workout by doubling your usual time. You'll burn more calories which will help counter any less than healthy choices you make.

10. Set goals for the week.
It's always a good idea to spend some time on the weekend planning and setting your goals for the week ahead. If you have set some healthy goals for the week, then you won't want to ruin them during the weekend.

By following these tips, you'll be more likely to stick to your healthy habits and achieve the success that you are looking for. ***

For anyone who wishing to lose weight, a healthy weight loss programme is a must. Settling for anything less than a healthy weight loss program can lead you down the wrong path and you might find that you have more problems to deal with than being overweight.

What happens if a person inevitably to go back to a full fledged fit diet for a health discipline Do they throw it all outside because it goes against what they have been consuming on a day-after-day basis for the last few years? And more to the point, what happens when a person goes off this type of half fit diet? Do they keep the weight off permanently, or do they retrieve it back again nullifying all their hard work?

These are good questions that need to be answered and looked into if a person is looking at losing weight Using these means. Abdominal Exercises

Abdominal Exercises
You might be able to bring your weight to normal within six weeks, but your muscles won't be the same as they were before unless you do postnatal exercises. Start them after the bright red bleeding stops and quit for a few days if it should start again.

Begin each exercise by lying flat on your back on the floor, but preferably on a rug, adding new exercises on the specified days.

1. On the first day, with your hands at your sides, take five deep, slow breaths, right from the abdomen. That's all.

2. On the second day, spread your arms horizontal to your body, with elbows straight. Raise them, bringing them directly over your chest until the hands touch, doing this five times. And that's all to that too, but even this gentle exercise is tiring when you just have had a baby.

3. On the third day and fourth day, raise your head slowly until your chin touches your chest: do this ten times.

4. On the fifth day, raise one leg as high as possible, toes pointed, keeping the knee straight and your hands at your sides. Keep the other leg flat on the floor. Alternate legs, raising each one five times, a little higher on the sixth and seventh days.

5. On the eight day, raise your right knee to your belly, so your foot is pulled back to touch your bottom. Straighten the leg and lower it, alternating each leg five times.

6. On the tenth day, spread your legs slightly and pull your feet toward you enough so that your knees almost bend at a right angle. Lift your bottom so your weight rests only on your shoulders and your feet.
7. On the twelfth day, cross your arms on your chest and raise your head and shoulders slightly five times. When you're stronger, clasp your hands behind your head, cross your ankles ( or tuck them under a chair to hold your feet down) and raise yourself slowly until you're sitting, keeping your knees straight all the while. ***

How to Make Fastest Weight Loss Diet Program

How to Make Fastest Weight Loss Diet Program
Do you want the fastest weight loss diet to lose weight quickly? Who doesn't want it? If you are looking for tips and tricks that tell you how to lose weight fast. In order to lose weight you will need to cut down on your eating. This means that you will need to cut out all foods that are high in fat and carbohydrates. Eat Lots of Fruits and Vegetables.

To lose weight quickly, a low fat diet is the healthiest way to drop pounds. A low fat diet eliminates high caloric foods while introducing an eating plan which consists of fruits and vegetables. If the goal is fast weight loss, than a daily adherence to a low fat diet is the answer.

Also, if you want to lose weight you need to do some form of regular exercise. Most people take up walking. The recommended amount of walking for weight loss is about three to five times a week for thirty minutes each time. Research has also proven that you must walk at somewhat of a brisk pace in order for the walking to be effective. If you do a combination of healthy eating and exercise then you are sure to lose weight. Walk everywhere! It's free!

You must create a calorie deficit. In order to gain weight, you must increase your total caloric intake. What really happens when your caloric intake is too low? Your body, going back to the prehistoric days will revert to the flight or fight mode. Not knowing when it's next meal will come, your body will attempt to store any and all of your calories as body fat for future use, after all it may not eat again for days. This is one of the basic reasons that starvation diets rarely work. Not only will you more than likely gain weight, but your body will begin to cannibalize itself and try to turn protein (muscle mass), into energy.

This conversion process is one of the most inefficient ways for your body to generate energy. You in turn, will feel the effects of this inefficiency as you begin to feel groggy and tired all of the time. To put it bluntly, you will lose muscle mass and gain body fat at the same time.

If your goal is to lose weight, realize that you must create a calorie deficit. You will need to expend more energy than you are consuming. The only two ways to accomplish this are to increase you activity levels via cardiovascular exercise to burn more calories, or to eat fewer calories. If your goal is to gain weight, you will need to increase your caloric intake.

Listening to your body, and working with it, are the keys to succeeding in fastest weight loss diet program. ***

Best Weight Loss Plan

Best Weight Loss Plan
When it comes for weight loss plan and programs, the internet is full of such plans, articles and suggestion people make. Whether we talk about some woman's personal plan or a doctor's program we receive tons of ideas and places to start from. Where to start from? Is there any secret weight loss program people could use?

There's no secret anymore the fact that people are different and they need different diets. So, you might be one of the lucky people who can eat the food you want and lose the weight you hate so much. Yes, you could: provided that you find the perfect diet or the perfect weight loss program. But really, is there such a thing?

There are diet programs that encourage people to consume healthy, ordinary foods, but in the meantime they propose a good exercise program and a positive attitude. Such weight loss programs are usually easier to follow, and their cost is a reasonable one. The problem with these programs is that, even though people know what to eat, they lack the time, mood or energy to do it. A diet high in fruits and vegetables has a multitude of benefits, but sad enough most of the people are either "too busy" or "too in a hurry" to stick to it.

Many private medical and governmental organizations recommend up to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables. It has been proven that a diet consisting of fruits and vegetables is not only an effective weight loss program, but also a healthy program for anyone to use, no matter if they are interested in losing weight or improving their lifestyle. A weight loss plan should help you change your habits and your silhouette without making major changes in your schedule and budget.

A nutritionist or a specialized doctor would be the best advisor in this issue as he/she will be able to identify and settle a customized diet plan for you. People like being treated customarily and in this case this is not about being fancy, but about being offered a perfect weight loss program. You and your doctor need to identify your nutritional needs and adjust your eating habits in the best way possible.

Many people consider the weight loss as a chronic endeavor. Much too often, the desired weight loss appears to be nothing but a temporary change and it is followed by a steady regain of the many pounds one so very often suffers to lose.

Even the most popular diets seem to be unsuccessful in the long run mainly because they fail to address the multi-faceted nature of what successful, permanent weight loss entails. But researches have proven that there are many invaluable strategies which can be helpul in increasing your odds of permanent weight loss. In order to follow a long term weight loss success, it is advisable to use the best strategies available today.

The most effective strategies that should be part of any permanent weight loss program are: exercises, pumping iron, keeping a diary, finding out what's really "eating" you, joining a weight management group, control of your portions, losing weight step by step, slowing down, eating less or no fat at all, opting for raw food and keeping aside artificial foods and beverages.

Everything should be included in a wisely made plan with the ultimate purpose of making you feel and look good. ***

Get A Slimmer Midsection Without Doing Crunches

Get A Slimmer Midsection Without Doing Crunches

There are so many people all around the world wondering what are the best ab exercises to get a slimmer midsection. The common idea that ab exercises alone will help you get a slimmer midsection is one of the biggest misunderstandings in the fitness world today. Almost everyone has varying degrees of extra body fat in their lower abdominal area, and the best way to get rid of that excess abdominal fat is a mystery to many.

The main obstacle is that many people are looking for the wrong workouts and exercise routines to get rid of their hard to lose stomach fat. Most people are looking for some magical ab routine that will get them a slimmer midsection faster than you can read this short article. Unfavorably, abdominal exercises alone will not give you the slimmer midsection you are looking for. They will only shape and strengthen the abdominal muscles under the fat that is still there.

What really needs to be focused on is a whole body exercise routine that will increase your metabolism and your fat burning hormonal response as a whole.

Not only that, cardio workouts alone will not significantly create the greatest hormonal reaction or give you the fastest metabolism in the world either. What is really needed is a multi-jointed exercise routine for the entire body along with resistance training in a high intense manner.

This kind of high intense full body workout added with a well balanced healthy diet full of nutrients on a daily basis is the cornerstone to getting rid of the extra fat that is covering your abdominal. This kind of approach is more likely to work than just trying to do ab exercises such as leg raises and basic crunches while hoping those exercises be enough to help you get a slimmer midsection.

Sadly, most of the worlds population still think you have to do hundreds of ab exercise reps every day in order to get rid of stomach fat. This kind of advice is given all the time on fitness forums all over the Internet. It would be wise to stay away from this type of advice because it will be a waste of time. Now don't get me wrong, I do believe abdominal exercises added into your workout routine can be helpful.

However, abdominal exercises alone without any resistance training, cardio exercises or proper dieting will not give you the results you are looking for in getting rid of belly fat. Abdominal exercises are good for strengthening and shaping the abdominal muscles and are useful for a good posture and a healthy back, but ab exercises are not meant for fat loss.

In a nutshell, a well put together full body resistance workout routine along with a well balanced healthy diet are the primary strategies to achieving fat loss in the abdominal area. Even while doing a full body resistance training routine the abdominal muscles are being exercised to keep the body stable during the routine. ***

You Really Can Meet Your Weight Loss Goals

You Really Can Meet Your Weight Loss Goals
Do you know what the biggest factor will be in meeting your weight loss goals? The type of diet plan you're on? Maybe the kinds of food you eat? No, it's not either in achieving any weight loss goal will be your level of motivation. Here's why. Unfortunately, the reason most people fail with anything in life is mainly due to motivation. This is so true when it comes to diet and weight loss. Sure, most overweight people start out with only the best of intentions. But after a few days, or even a few weeks, it becomes hard to continue.

You start seeing the TV commercials for every type of fast food, pizza and soda in existence. Soon enough, you cave in and start with just a small snack. Then things go from bad to worse and you are back at square one.

So how can you stay motivated to lose weight in the face of the temptation to quit? I believe the key is with finding your "why" for wanting to lose weight. Why do you want to lose 10-20-30 or more pounds? Is it so you can fit into that new suit or dress? Those new jeans you've always wanted? Only you know your reason why, but the point here is to take your "why" and make it front and center everyday ay if you need to.

I give this example on my blog, but what helped keep me motivated to meet my weight loss goal was just a pair of blue jeans. That's right, blue jeans! I bought a pair of blue jeans that were too small at the time and used them for motivation. I loved this pair of jeans and knew they would look great on me if I just lost the weight to get in them.

Whenever I felt like giving up and going back to my old eating habits, I would get the jeans out and go back to my "why". Visualizing a weight loss goal or any other goal in life is very powerful. If you can see it, you can have it. I know this may seem so simple, but don't be fooled, it really works. For me, I was soon able to fit into those new jeans and I've never felt better!

So if you are thinking you can't achieve your weight loss goal, stop thinking that. Go back to your reason for wanting to lose weight and put your "why" in front of you. It's exactly the type of motivation that will soon have you losing weight and looking great! All Rights Reserved Worldwide. Reprint Rights:

The Weight Loss Cure For Good!

The Weight Loss Cure For Good!
The weight loss cure, is a plan and book promoted by author Kevin Trudeau. Trudeau essentially claims that the majority of weight gain comes from people who are unable to control their food cravings. Those who cannot control their cravings are destined to have lower metabolism, which causes the calories to stay in the body, causing weight gain. Trudeau uses the work of a doctor practicing in the 1950s, to explain what he calls the weight loss cure.

The weight loss cure is one of the most argued diet plans in the world; some people follow the program religiously, do what the book tells them, and loses weight. Then there are others who buy the book, and never lose a thing. Those that complain, or experience no loss are beginning to far outnumber those who do.

The problem that many of them have, is that Trudeau is not showcasing anything new in his book about the weight loss cure, rather he’s rehashing the same basic information that many already know.

The weight loss cure according to Trudeau, is nothing more than eating healthy and exercising. He suggests drinking a glass of water before every meal, which helps the stomach feel full. Next he tells the reader to eat a big breakfast, yet another suggestion experts recommend. Trudeau also tells the reader to spend an hour every day walking. The weight loss cure also suggests eating only 500 calories every day, and refraining from all forms of sugar including the artificial sugar found in diet soda.

The weight loss cure is highly popular because it touts itself as a cure that doesn’t require dieting, depraving the body of anything, and it doesn’t require exercise. However, all three things are found in the plan. The weight loss cure also tells its readers to receive shots every day of a drug known as HGC.

The drug is rarely prescribed in the United States, and Trudeau speaks frequently to his readers about a clinic in Germany that will do these daily injections. Unfortunately many of the readers will never be able to follow the plan exactly, as they will be unable to fly there for these injections.

Some readers are shocked by the multitude of suggestions offered in the weight loss cure, in particularly those involving colonics. According to Trudeau, the average American can easily lose weight by undergoing a colonic every other day for 30 days, or 15 in a one month span. Others are put off by the amount of products he suggests using in the weight loss cure, including dietary supplements priced at over $10 each. He also includes a link to each one of the websites, and information on how to order the supplements through his site.

The weight loss cure seems to be little more than a way to sell books, and make more money by selling different products. There are far more people who are disappointed than there are who lost weight by using the plan. It seems the best weight loss cure is to eat healthy, and exercise. ***

Getting the proper exercise is always a good thing to put into your weekly routine. Exercise can be used to relieve stress, lose weight, or build muscle just for a few examples. Where losing weight is concerned exercise is key, but if your exercising and you still have bad food intake patterns or you're just eating unhealthy it defeats the whole purpose of you exercising. Cabbage Soup Diet Weight Loss That Really Works So Fast

Cabbage Soup Diet Weight Loss That Really Works So Fast
On the top of the list of quick-fix fad diets is the cabbage soup diet weight loss. It should not be followed as a long-term eating plan, as it is dangerously low in calories and could do more harm than good.

The Cabbage Soup Diet offers fast weight loss, but it is completely lacking in nutrition, flavor and variety. You'll consume mostly soups of cabbage, onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes and mushrooms. Nutritionists argue that the pounds shed are more likely attributed to the dramatic and dangerous loss in calories and not the proposed fat-burning power found in the cabbage. This diet deprives your body of essential nutrients and has been correlated to difficulty concentrating, feeling light-headed and weak.

Here is a recipe for the cabbage soup diet, if you elect not to take it in pill form: Ingredients of the cabbage soup diet weight loss: 1 head cabbage 6 green onions 2 green peppers 1 can diced tomatoes 1 bunch celery 1 pack Lipton onion soup mix (using self made vegetable broth tastes better) Method of the cabbage soup diet weight loss:

1. Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces.
2. You can salute the vegetables a little in a frying pan first. Add a little salt and pepper for flavor if you want.
3. Mix everything in a large pot, and add enough water to cover everything.
4. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down, and simmer until the veggies are soft.

The diet needs to be followed exactly!
The cabbage soup diet will only work if it is followed exactly how it is set down, means no deviation from the format:

1. Day 1
Eat all of the fruit you want (except for bananas). You can eat only the cabbage soup and the fruit for the first day. You can drink unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

2. Day 2
You can eat all of the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables that you want.

3. Day 3
You can eat all the soup you want, as well as fruits and vegetables.

4. Day 4
You should eat as many as eight bananas, as well as drink as many glasses of skim milk. You should also keep eating the cabbage soup.

5. Day 5
Eat 10-20 ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. You should also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water in order to flush out the uric acid within your body. You should have at least one bowl of cabbage soup. If you don't like beef, you can exchange it for skinless, baked chicken.

6. Day 6
Incorporates just beef and vegetables. You can eat all of the beef and vegetables you want, as well as at least one bowl of the cabbage soup.

7. Day 7
You can eat as much brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juices as you want, as well as at least one bowl of the cabbages.

There is no better way to jump start any weight loss program incorporate the cabbage soup diet in your weight loss program and watch the pounds melt away quickly. ***
