1- Wake up the next day and decide you have failed your diet and no free diet programs will work for you because you just can't stick to it.
2- Get up, make a decision that you had a nice evening. Draw a line under it and start today as a new day following your diet as planned (maybe even do a little exercise to make up for the day before)

Keeping your mind in the right frame is the key to motivation and it will keep you on track with your diet, if you give in one day start a fresh the next.
